Meet Mark Guglielmino, Director and Principal Broker at Capra Financial Group. For more than 15 years, I have lived and breathed the finance industry, having worked as a Mortgage & Finance Broker first and transitioning into Executive Leadership roles at both Private Brokerages and ASX listed companies before founding Capra Financial Group.

My career has always been built on one principle: do the right thing by people, and success will follow. That philosophy shaped the creation of Capra, a business designed to deliver a higher standard of in-depth Lending advice with genuine care, deeper insight, and sharper execution.

After furthering my Education at Melbourne University and RMIT, in 2025 I became the first broker to complete the Financial Analysis elective of the MFPA designation.
